                        Dwayne Albright

Dwayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & Nationally Certified Counselor, who received his Masters’ Degree from Marywood University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Immaculata University. Dwayne has extensive experience supporting adults, and senior individuals with a variety of challenges related to emotional & mental well-being. His overarching theoretical orientation utilizes a Solution Focused Brief Therapy approach. SFBT is a goal directed brief therapy which utilizes a collaborative approach towards positive change, which is rooted in the perspective that our clients are the experts of their own unique experiences. Dwayne also utilizes and integrates an eclectic counseling style which draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches: Reality Therapy (RT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Existential Therapy (ET), Interpersonal Therapy (IT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapies, Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Attachment Based Therapy (ABT) approaches.

                           Sarah Albright

Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained her Master's degree from Alvernia University in 2012. She has a passion for helping individuals who have experienced traumas in their lives. She enjoys helping you connect the dots between traumatic events that occurred in your past to how it is currently affecting your life. Her goal is to help you gain insight into your patterns and work toward developing healthier ways of coping. She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and also utilize an electric approach with skills from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), MBT (Mindfulness Based Therapy) and psychoeducational theories.
